At JR Golf and Leather, every order is carefully inspected and packaged by me before shipping. I take pride in making sure each handcrafted piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Free Shipping

I offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

All orders are shipped through USPS, with tracking information provided once the package has been shipped.

At this time, I do not offer international shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship products are typically packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination and USPS service availability.

Custom Orders

Because each custom piece is individually handcrafted, production times will vary depending on the design, complexity, and current workload.

An estimated completion timeframe will be discussed before production begins.

Once the order is completed and the remaining balance has been paid, I will carefully package and ship your item at no additional cost.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Please understand that delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside my control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost during transit, or experiences an unusual delay, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will work with you and USPS to investigate the issue and find an appropriate resolution.
